This is Production Schedule Update 12, which I created. In this production schedule I added several  dates for rough cut 14, 15 and 16 and I changed the date for the final cut to the 4th of April.

This is production schedule update 11 in, which nearly all our tasks are now complete, except the final cut. One change is that I have added a date (24th of March), of when the Final Cut should be done.

This is update 10 of our production schedule, which shows that we filmed the narrative scenes and created rough cut 13, but will film more narrative scenes of burning pictures on Tuesday the  21st of March and upload rough cut 14 with this new footage

SR: Production Schedule: UPDATE 9

This is the 9th update of the production schedule, which I created. It includes the tasks that we have completed so far, and the ones which are still to be completed. I always like to use color coding since it gives me a great overview of what still needs to be done. 

After last time it has changed quite a bit. First of all we have changed the name of our rough cut 1 draft 1, draft 2, draft 3 etc. to seperate rough cuts, now being called rough cut 1, rough cut 2 etc. 

Secondly, we need to film more narrative footage still, so we have put that into the production schedule as well for Thursday the 16th of March. Due to this the date of the final cut (17 March) might now be 21st of March instead. 

Besides that rough cut 10, 11 and 12 were completed on time.

This is the 8th update of the production schedule I created. It includes the tasks that we have completed so far, and the ones which are still to be completed. I always like to use color coding since it gives me a great overview of what still needs to be done. 

After last time it hasn't changed much, except for the fact that I have added the final dates up until the final cut of our music video.

SR: Production Schedule UPDATE 7

This is the 7th update of the production schedule I created. It includes the tasks that we have completed so far, and the ones which are still to be completed. I always like to use color coding since it gives me a great overview of what still needs to be done. 

After last time it has changed quite a bit, since Kristian managed to edit the 2nd rough cut draft 1, but then his PC didn't work and so I kept on working on rough cut 2 draft 2 and will also do draft 3 and 4. Kristian will film some more narrative scenes on the 2nd of March, where he will film some more happy couple scenes, after we discovered our narrative wasn't clear enough and we needed more narrative footage in the video. Unfortunately Bronwen has been ill, and hasn't been able to edit anything yet, but will therefore instead work on the digipack, since the video should nearly be done once she comes back.

This is the 6th update of the production schedule I created. It includes the tasks that we have completed so far, and the ones which are still to be completed. I always like to use color coding since it gives me a great overview of what still needs to be done. 

After last time it has changed only a bit, because Kristian didn't manage to edit the rough cut for the 10th of February so he will edit it for the 1st of March after the holidays, since we focused on the digipack and website more and Kristian's PC hasn't been working. The plan is that he will now edit the following dates that are below.

SR: Production Schedule UPDATE 5

This is the 5th update of the production schedule I created. It includes the tasks that we have completed so far, and the ones which are still to be completed. I always like to use color coding since it gives me a great overview of what still needs to be done. 

After last time we changed quite a bit, since we decided to film a practice shoot on the 14th or 15th before shooting the real thing. This was mainly because we wanted to make sure we wouldn't have any problems with the new cast and would know how to set everything up the day of the real shoot. We also wanted our cast to know exactly what to do for the real shoot so that we wouldn't lose any time. Also, we will not be able to film the pool scene or the narrative scene until next weekend and therefore I have changed the dates for that as well. Therefore the dates for the editing and rough cuts have moved as well.

SR: Production Schedule UPDATE 4

This is the 4th updated production schedule I created and updated. It includes the tasks that we have completed so far, and the ones which are still to be completed. I always like to use color coding since it gives me a great overview of what still needs to be done. 

We have changed our idea and chosen a new track, which means that we need to re-shoot everything after Christmas. This production schedule shows the dates for after Christmas on when we will film.

KO: UPDATE: Changing Track

We have decided to change the track for our music video. The original track was "Follow You" by "Bring Me The Horizon" and the track we changed to is "Throne" by "Bring Me The Horizon".

The reason for changing track was we were not to happy with the narrative we chose for the "Follow You" and we decided that we could create a better narrative with "Throne". This will also give use the opportunity to change location of the performance, I felt this new song had more opportunities for technology such as green screen and layering. We also decided on this song as we felt it would be easier to edit to. 

SR: Production Schedule UPDATE 3

This is the 3rd update of the production schedule I created and updated. It includes the tasks that we have completed so far, and the ones which are still to be completed. I always like to use color coding since it gives me a great overview of what still needs to be done. Unfortunately there is a big gap between the last task from November and the tasks in December. However, this is due to firstly difficult of coordination of the group and meeting up, since we all live in different parts of the country. 

Furthermore, we have been focusing on setting up the digipack, logo, website and our social media accounts, which we are each individually in charge of. Bronwen is in charge of our Instagram, Kristian and I are in charge of our Website and I am in charge of our Twitter. The Facebook page is something we split between the three of us.

SR: Call Sheet

This is the call sheet I created for our music video. I decided to do it a lot in depth, since this was one of my main targets this year - to do the call sheet better and be more organised in order to get a larger variety of shots. Personally, I believe that we were successfull with this task, since I brought the call sheets everytime we had a shoot. This allowed us to look exactly at what we had planned out and what we had filmed so far and hadn't filmed yet. With the simple use of color coding with blue for performance, yellow for narrative and orange for other events that required special equipment such as the balloon scene, we were always up to date on what to bring and what to film. 

I also believe that the call sheet contributed to the fact that it took us less time to film on the spot compared to last year, where we first had to discuss the shots on the scene of the filming. Furthermore, the amount of technology used on all the days of the shoots was great. We used 3 SONY Cameras and positioned them differently, 3 tri-pods, 1 Go-Pro and Kristian's Drone to film some drone footage. However, the drone footage was mainly for mise-en-scene purposes. 

I wanted to do this post after our shoot, in order to reflect on the effectiveness of the call sheet and what I definitely have improved on from last year.

SR: Production Schedule UPDATE 2

Today, I updated our production schedule (update 2) after we have filmed some footage. Unfortunately our female protagonist wasn't able to make it and so we weren't able to finish filming the entire narrative. We have also decided to choose another female protagonist, which we will be talking about in our 4th podcast.

This is the 1st update of the production schedule I created, which included the dates we will be filming on and which cast needs to be there for the different dates. It also shows, which parts of the music video we will film and for how many hours we will be filming on.

This is the first Production Schedule that we created in our group of 3 for our final music video for Follow Youby Bring Me The Horizon. From now on I will always update the production schedule and call the next one Production Schedule UPDATE 1 and then the next after that UPDATE 2 etc.
